Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with expertise in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator, to work on a variety of digital printing projects. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing high-quality artwork for digital print, overseeing design processes, and ensuring that designs meet client specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create original artwork and designs for various digital print materials, including brochures, posters, banners, business cards, packaging, and other marketing collateral.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure designs are suitable for printing and can be executed efficiently.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and that quality standards are upheld.
• Prepare and finalize files for print production, ensuring they are correctly formatted and print-ready.
• Work with clients to understand design requirements, revisions, and feedback, and translate them into effective designs.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design software, and digital printing technologies to ensure the company stays ahead of design standards.
• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and training as needed to enhance team performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience in a digital printing or related environment.
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator is essential.
• Strong knowledge of digital printing techniques and production processes.
• Experience in creating print-ready files and understanding color management and pre-press workflows.
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for design, typography, and layout.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients, production teams, and other stakeholders.
• A portfolio showcasing previous design work, particularly in the digital print industry.
