About the Role: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content for our digital media platforms. The designer will be responsible for creating high-quality graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and video content.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign social media creatives, ads, and marketing materials
• Create branding elements, brochures, and promotional graphics
• Design real estate property creatives, layouts, and presentations
• Create YouTube thumbnails, podcast graphics, and reel covers
• Work closely with the marketing and sales team for campaign visuals
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
• Edit basic graphics for short-form videos and digital ads
• Deliver creative designs within deadlines
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro or Adobe After Effects (basic level preferred)
• Understanding of social media design trends
• Strong typography and layout skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
• Preferred QualificationsExperience in real estate or digital marketing
• Understanding of YouTube and Instagram content design
• Basic video editing knowledge is a plus
