Job Title: Graphic Designer (Video/ Motion Creatives)

Role Summary

We are looking for a Graphic Designer (Video/Motion) who can conceptualize and produce high-quality video assets for ads, social media, and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate should be skilled in motion graphics, video editing, and short-form content creation. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to deliver engaging video ads, reels, animations, and explainer content that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ad & Performance Marketing Videos

• Create short-form video ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and Google Ads.
• Optimize video length, hooks, and CTAs to drive conversions.

2. Social Media Content (Reels & Stories)

• Design and edit engaging Instagram Reels, Stories, and YouTube Shorts.
• Repurpose content from shoots into multiple snackable formats.

3. Motion Graphics & Animation

• Develop simple animations, text overlays, and product highlight videos.
• Create explainer videos showcasing product features, usage, and benefits.

4. Post-Production & Editing

• Edit raw video footage from shoots into polished final cuts.
• Add transitions, effects, music, and subtitles as per campaign needs.

5. Brand Storytelling

• Ensure all video content aligns with Miresi’s luxury brand tone and storytelling.
• Experiment with video styles while maintaining a premium look & feel.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with the performance marketing team to deliver video assets optimized for campaigns.
• Partner with influencers/UGC creators to edit and finalize content.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in video editing and motion graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong sense of pacing, music selection, and storytelling in short-form videos.
• Portfolio of video ads, reels, and motion graphics is a must.
• Ability to deliver quick edits while ensuring high production quality.
