Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Disaster Recovery Planning and Implementation
• Align company processes with HITRUST CSF
• Conduct Risk Assessments and Impact Analysis
• Ensure Compliance with Regulations (HIPAA, SOC2, HITRUST)
• Documentation, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement
• Conduct Training and Awareness Programs
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and other teams

Technical Skills:

• Disaster Recovery, HIPAA knowledge
• GRC Automation tools, Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Audits (SOC2, HITRUST)

Soft Skills:

• Critical Thinking, Attention to Detail, Problem Solving
• Teamwork, Interpersonal Skills

Education / Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT
• Good-to-have: CISA, CRISC, GRCP, CCAK
