Job Description
- Assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and arrival areas.
- Coordinate with airline and ground handling teams for flight operations.
- Manage baggage handling, flight schedules, and boarding processes.
- Ensure adherence to airport safety, security, and operational protocols.
- Handle passenger queries, complaints, and special assistance requests.
- Support load and ramp operations under the supervision of the shift in-charge.
- Maintain coordination between different departments (security, housekeeping, technical, etc.).
- Prepare daily operational reports and updates for management.
