Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities :

Restaurant Growth & Support

●     Act as the single point of contact for assigned restaurant partners

●     Conduct regular outbound and inbound calls with restaurant owners/managers

●     Understand restaurant challenges related to pricing, menu, visibility, and orders

●     Guide restaurants on growth levers such as pricing corrections, menu optimization, availability, and promotions

Merchant

Communication●     Ensure all restaurant queries are clearly answered and resolved on time

●     Explain platform concepts in simple, non-technical language

●     Build strong, long-term relationships with restaurant partners

●     Follow up consistently to ensure actions are implemented by restaurants

Data & Reporting●     Track restaurant performance and actions using Excel / Google Sheets

●     Maintain structured records of calls, issues, actions taken, and outcomes

●     Use basic data analysis to identify underperforming restaurants and growth opportunities

Cross-functional Coordination●     Coordinate with internal teams (Ops, Support, FOS, Pricing, Tech) to resolve merchant issues

●     Escalate critical issues and ensure closure

Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have●     Fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada (spoken communication is critical)

●     Prior experience in merchant handling, customer success, telesales, or growth roles (preferably via calls)

●     Strong communication and persuasion skills

●     Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets (filters, basic formulas, tracking sheets)

Ability to explain complex ideas in a simple, practical manner
