Job Description

  • This is a full time on-site role for a Growth specialist based in Bengaluru.
  • The Growth Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies to drive business expansion, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to execute high-impact projects, and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • The role will require analyzing market trends, tracking performance metrics, and making data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and team members.
  • Experience in growth hacking and implementing innovative solutions to drive business outcomes.

  • Proven ability in project management with a track record of executing and closing projects successfully.
  • Relevant knowledge of market trends and emerging growth practices is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, MBA is a plus.
