Guest Relation Executive

Tipiverse Hospitality Ltd., a growing startup, is hiring a Hotel Guest Relations Assistant to manage customer interactions, reservations, and coordination with teams to ensure smooth operations.

📌 This is NOT a front desk or food & beverage service role.

This position focuses on guest relations and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Relationship Management – Communicate with guests over phone and chat platforms, assist with inquiries, reservations, and handle concerns professionally.
2. Manage the Hotel Reservation Software – Oversee bookings, updates, and ensure a seamless experience for guests.
3. Coordinate with the Housekeeping Team – Ensure rooms are cleaned and prepared as per schedule.
4. General Hotel Operations Support – Assist in maintaining guest records and handling other administrative tasks.

Requirements:

✅ Proficiency in English & Hindi (additional languages are a plus).

✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills for handling guest interactions.

✅ Patience and a customer-first mindset.

✅ Comfortable working with hotel management software (training will be provided).

✅ Willingness to learn and adapt to a startup environment.

✅ Prior experience in hotel guest relations or customer service is a plus but not required.

Salary & Benefits:💰 ₹21,000 – ₹24,500 per month

🏠 Accommodation may be provided if required.
