Role OverviewThe Guest Relations Executive will be the first point of contact for members and visitors at The Majesstine Sports. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, supporting daily coordination, and ensuring an outstanding experience for all guests.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Guest Engagement

• Welcome and assist guests, members, and visitors with professionalism and energy.
• Manage check-ins, bookings, registrations, and general inquiries related to facilities, memberships, and events.
• Ensure the reception and common areas are clean, organized, and inviting.

Communication & Coordination

• Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in queries promptly and courteously.
• Coordinate with operations, coaching, and facility teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Customer Feedback & Database Support

• Maintain updated member databases, activity logs, and daily records.
• Collect guest feedback and share insights to help improve services and experiences.

Support Events and Programs

• Assist in the execution of promotional activities, special events, tournaments, and member engagement initiatives.
