Job Summary

A Guest Relation Executive is responsible for welcoming guests, assisting them during their visit, and ensuring they have a positive experience. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, handling guest requests, and solving complaints politely.

• Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries.
• Handle guest complaints and provide quick solutions.
• Maintain a positive relationship with guests and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs.
