Guest Relations Executive

Job Title: Guest Relation Executive (GRE)Job Summary:A Guest Relation Executive is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experience by welcoming guests, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining high standards of hospitality and service. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, relationship management, and brand representation.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures (in hotels/resorts).
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly.
• Resolve complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when required.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, F&B, and other departments.
• Maintain guest feedback records and prepare service reports.
• Ensure VIP guests receive personalized attention.
• Promote hotel services, packages, and facilities.
• Follow company SOPs and service standards.
• Maintain a presentable front desk or reception area.
