Role Summary
The Guest Service Advisor will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking and serving orders efficiently, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring all brand standards of Anand Sweets & Savouries are consistently upheld.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely service
- Serve food items while maintaining hygiene and presentation standards
- Handle billing and payment processes when required
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter, dining area, and workstations
- Follow company SOPs and brand guidelines
- Address customer queries and ensure a positive guest experience
