- Create personalized workout plans based on fitness goals
- Assist members with strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises
- Ensure correct posture and prevent injuries during workouts
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the gym area
- Motivate and support members to achieve their fitness goals
- Monitor member progress and provide regular feedback
- Ensure all gym equipment is used safely
