Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Hairstylist to provide professional hair care and styling services for customers. The role involves performing haircuts, styling, grooming services, and maintaining a clean and comfortable salon environment while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Location: Bangalore, Eranakulam, Trivandrum, Thrissur, Kottayam, Adoor, Varkala & Mattancherry [Accommodation provided)

Key Responsibilities

Hair Services

• Provide haircuts based on customer preference and current trends
• Perform hair washing, blow-drying, and hair styling
• Suggest suitable hairstyles based on face shape and hair type

Grooming Services

• For Male Hairstylist: Beard trimming, shaving, and men’s grooming services
• For Female Hairstylist: Hair styling, hair setting, and basic hair treatments

Customer Consultation

• Communicate with customers to understand their hairstyle preferences
• Recommend suitable haircuts, styles, and hair care practices

Hygiene & Workspace

• Maintain cleanliness of tools, equipment, and workstations
• Sanitize scissors, combs, razors, and styling tools after every use
• Ensure salon chairs, mirrors, and work areas are organized

Product Usage

• Use appropriate hair care and styling products
• Recommend hair products when required

Skills Required

• Knowledge of hair cutting and styling techniques
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Understanding of current hairstyle trends
• Attention to cleanliness and hygiene

Qualification

• Training or certification in Hair Styling / Beauty Therapy preferred
• Experience in a salon or beauty parlour is an advantage
• Freshers with training may also apply

• Flexible working hours including weekends
• Standing for long periods while performing services

Salary:

Base: Rs. 25000/- per month
