Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Greet clients and consult to understand their beauty needs
- Provide beauty services such as:
- Threading (eyebrow, upper lips, face)
- Waxing (normal & Rica)
- Facials & clean-ups (basic and advanced)
- Bleach & De-tan
- Manicure and pedicure
- Head massages & hair wash
- Recommend treatments, services, and products to clients
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at workstations
- Ensure client satisfaction through high-quality services
- Upsell salon products and services when appropriate
- Maintain records of client treatments and preferences
- Follow safety, sanitization, and COVID protocols at all times
