Job Description
Head Chef – Riko, Bangalore (Short JD)ResponsibilitiesLead kitchen operations specializing in Peruvian and Latin American cuisine.
- Develop menus featuring ceviches, charcoal-grilled dishes, and Andean classics.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality across all dishes.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff while ensuring hygiene and safety standards.
- Manage food costing, inventory, and vendor coordination efficiently.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Peruvian and Latin American culinary techniques.
- Experience with ceviche preparation, open-fire grilling, and native Latin ingredients.
- Proven leadership in a professional kitchen environment
