Job Description

Head Chef – Riko, Bangalore (Short JD)ResponsibilitiesLead kitchen operations specializing in Peruvian and Latin American cuisine.

  • Develop menus featuring ceviches, charcoal-grilled dishes, and Andean classics.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality across all dishes.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff while ensuring hygiene and safety standards.
  • Manage food costing, inventory, and vendor coordination efficiently.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in Peruvian and Latin American culinary techniques.
  • Experience with ceviche preparation, open-fire grilling, and native Latin ingredients.
  • Proven leadership in a professional kitchen environment
