Job Overview:

Care Health Insurance is looking for motivated individuals to join as Health Insurance Advisors. The role involves promoting and selling health insurance policies by building relationships with healthcare service providers such as clinics, pharmacies, diagnostic centres, and hospitals. Advisors will help customers understand the importance of health insurance and guide them in selecting suitable policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers through clinics, medical shops, diagnostic centres, and hospitals.
• Build strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare staff to generate insurance leads.
• Educate customers about Care Health Insurance plans and benefits.
• Assist customers in choosing the right health insurance policy based on their needs.
• Generate leads and convert them into policy sales.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Participate in training programs and stay updated on insurance products.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduation.
• Sales or marketing experience preferred (Insurance/Banking/Healthcare industry is an advantage).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in the field and meet healthcare partners.
