Healthcare Assistant

Job Duties & Responsibilities       

• To create awareness about reimbursement claims submission. (Pre & Post Hospitalization)
• Efficiently and effectively handle grievance / issue raised by patients, escalate issue to the team leader, as necessary.
• Regularly Follow-up with Insurance company/TPA for claim status and Updates on ERP.
• Timely follow up with patient’s messages and provide updates to them in the WhatsApp group.
• Fetching Insurance Admissibility details from Insurance company/TPA.
• Scan the medical documents given from submission.
• Share the documents in patients WhatsApp group.
• Upload the documents in ERP

Qualifications & Skills.         

• Any Graduation
• Should have good listening skills.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Should have good comprehensive skill.
