Job Summary:

Golden Fleet Management Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring a Transportation Helpdesk Executive to manage vehicle bookings, driver coordination, attendance calls, and live tracking operations. The role requires strong coordination skills and accuracy in handling daily transport activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Make daily attendance calls to drivers

Book vehicles as per client requirements

Allocate vehicles to clients based on schedule and availability

Track vehicles and ensure timely movement

Coordinate with drivers for trip updates

Collect trip sheets and trip details

Maintain booking and tracking records

Ensure smooth day-to-day transport operations

Required Skills:

Good communication skills

Basic knowledge of transport operations

Ability to handle multiple tasks.

High attention to detail

Ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred:

Experience in fleet or transportation industry
