- Basic sewing/alteration skills (pico, hemming).
- Operations: Keep the store clean and organized, assist with setup/breakdown, and help with online orders if needed.
- Sales & Transactions: Process sales (cash/card), handle returns, and promote products and offers.
- Stock Management: Receive, unpack, sort, display, and replenish merchandise; manage backstock.
- Visual Merchandising: Arrange displays, create attractive store layouts, and assist with window displays.
- Support: Help with administrative tasks, data entry, and support the manager and sales associates.
