Shift Timing: Rotational shifts as per production schedule

Job Purpose To support VMC (Vertical Machining Center) operators and the production team in daily shop floor operations, ensuring smooth workflow, cleanliness, and efficiency.

• Key Responsibilities Assist VMC operators with loading and unloading components to and from machines.
• Support in cleaning machines, tools, and maintaining a tidy work area to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
• Handle raw materials and finished parts as directed by the supervisor.
• Apply coolant or oil to machines as required during operations for proper functioning.
• Help with basic tool and fixture changes to aid the machining process.
• Maintain 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) standards on the shop floor.
• Follow all company and safety rules consistently to maintain a safe working environment.
• Report any abnormal machine conditions, faults, or issues immediately to supervisors.
• Support packing and dispatch activities when required to meet production schedules.
• Qualification and Experience
• Minimum education: 10th Pass (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience: Freshers can apply.
• Physically fit to manage manual material handling and machine support tasks.
• Skills and Attributes Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to shop floor processes.
• Reliable and disciplined with respect to work timings and safety norms.

This role is critical to supporting efficient production operations and smooth VMC machining processes through daily maintenance, material handling, and assisting machine operators.
