Customer Support Executive – Immediate Hiring

Location: Jakasandra Block, 4th Block, Koramangala, Bengaluru

Shift: Rotational (Day/Night)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 (in-hand)

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, chats, or emails from customers.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
• Record details of inquiries and follow up when necessary.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass; Graduates preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and any regional language.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends.
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
