Job Title: Holiday Package Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Holiday Package Sales Executive who can promote and sell domestic and international holiday packages to customers. The role involves understanding customer travel needs, suggesting suitable packages, and closing sales through calls, emails, or online channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to holiday packages
• Understand customer requirements (destination, budget, dates, preferences)
• Recommend suitable holiday packages, itineraries, and add-ons
• Explain package details including pricing, inclusions, exclusions, and policies
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Follow up with potential customers to close sales
• Coordinate with operations and vendors for booking confirmations
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM/system
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Requirements & Skills

• Experience in holiday package sales / travel sales / tele-sales preferred
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi (regional language is a plus)
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills
• Customer-focused attitude with sales mindset
• Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, or booking systems
• Ability to work under targets and pressure
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
