Job Description
The home care staff nurse will be responsible for monitoring the patient’s health condition (BP, pulse, temperature, sugar), administering medicines as per the doctor’s instructions, providing sponge baths, changing diapers, changing urine bags, and maintaining the patient’s daily personal care and hygiene. The nurse must regularly monitor the patient and immediately inform the family or doctor in case of any emergency.
