Job Description: Home Loan ExecutiveAs a Home Loan Executive, you will be the face of the organization for customers looking to achieve their dream of homeownership. Your primary goal is to identify potential leads, understand their financial needs, and guide them through the entire home loan application and disbursement process.

• Core ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Sourcing: Proactively identify potential customers through cold calling, field visits, and networking with builders, real estate agents, and connectors.
• Customer Consultation: Meet with prospective clients to explain various home loan products, interest rates, and repayment options tailored to their financial profiles.
• Document Collection: Assist customers in gathering necessary KYC documents, income proofs, and property-related paperwork for loan processing.
• Application Processing: Manage the end-to-end loan journey from login to sanction and final disbursement, ensuring all compliance standards are met.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong rapport with existing clients for cross-selling opportunities (e.g., insurance, personal loans) and referral business.
• Market Analysis: Keep track of competitor offerings, interest rate trends, and real estate market developments in your assigned territory.
