Job Description
Job Purpose
To ensure the achievement of disbursement targets with a prescribed mix of products.
Core Responsibilities
Meet & exceed business targets in terms of optimum product mix and quality of sourcing·
Proactively understanding customer needs and cross- selling insurance and other products as per the requirement·
Execute sales promotion activities to build customer interest in the TCHFL brand·
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure higher conversion ratios between login, sanction and disbursement of files within the prescribed TAT·
Ensure channel empanelment and develop relationships with new connectors and builders·
Ensure compliance to all Audit / NHB regulations and Code of Conduct for business continuity·
Daily completion and submission of tasks to the superiors·
Ensure adoption of the digital tools
