• Loan Process Management:
• Managing the entire loan process, from application to disbursement. 
• Verifying documents, processing applications, and coordinating with banks. 
• Providing updates and support to customers throughout the loan cycle. 
• Ensuring timely payment of EMIs and minimizing defaults. 
• Relationship Management:
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals. 
• Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients. 
• Identifying new opportunities and recommending improvements in products and services.
