Home Loan Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Home Loan Executive – Field Sales professional to promote and source home loan business through field sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, building relationships with builders and real estate agents, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesSource new home loan customers through field sales activities, referrals, and open market sourcing.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, DSAs, and channel partners.
• Conduct site visits, customer meetings, and follow-ups to close sales.
• Understand customer financial needs and suggest suitable home loan products.
• Guide customers through documentation and loan processing formalities.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan disbursement.
• Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM systems.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
