Job Title: Sales Officer – Home Loan (HL) & Loan Against Property (LAP)

Salary: CTC: ₹4.5 LPA - 4.8 LPA In-hand Salary: Approx. ₹37,500 per month to 40,000

Incentives: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (performance-based)

Job Summary: We are hiring Field Sales Executives to drive sales for Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP). The role involves customer acquisition, field visits, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and acquire customers for HL & LAP Conduct field visits and explain loan products Achieve monthly sales targets Maintain strong customer relationships Handle end-to-end loan processing coordination

Eligibility Criteria:

Age: 24 – 35 years

 Gender: Male & Female

Education & Experience: 12th Pass + Minimum 3 years experience in HL/LAP sales

Graduate + Minimum 1 year experience in HL/LAP sales

Experience in handling ticket size of ₹15–20 lakh (up to ₹70–80 lakh)

Requirements: Two-wheeler & valid Driving License (mandatory)

Good communication & sales skills
