Job Description:
- Understanding & structuring of client's loan requirements.
- End-to-end process of logging in the file & taking it to the disbursal stage.
- Maintaining a post-sales relationship with the client & giving him periodical loan tops as his requirement.
- Updating all your clients /prospects about the new loan products launched from time to time & getting further business from the clients.
- Forming key alliances with Real estate developers /Real estate agents for generating high ticket home loan prospects.
- Forming key alliances with Chartered A/C’s to cater to their clients who would have loan requirements.
Qualification:
- Any Graduate/Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar major.
- 1 + years of relevant experience
- Good Communication and Convincing Skills, Well Groomed & presentable.
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Result-oriented, Team Player & Highly driven
- Fixed Salary + Incentives
