Job Title: Relationship Executive / Sales Officer – Banking Sector

Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven individuals to join our team as Relationship Executives/Sales Officers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, cross-selling banking products, and managing client relationships. This is a field-based sales role that requires strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

* Acquire new customers and generate business across all banking products (Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, Deposits, etc.)

* Cross-sell financial products to existing customers

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term engagement

* Conduct regular client visits and field sales operations

* Ensure adherence to audit and compliance requirements in all sales processes

* Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics

Desired Candidate Profile:

* Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (any vertical); experience in BFSI sector is a strong advantage

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Self-motivated and target-oriented

* Willingness to travel as part of the job; owning a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is highly preferred

* Ability to work independently and manage field operations effectively

Eligibility Criteria:

* Graduate in any discipline

* Open to field work and customer interactions

* Two-wheeler ownership and driving skills are a plus
