We are seeking a dedicated Hospital Pharmacist to join our clinical team. This role involves ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for patients within the hospital, collaborating with physicians and nurses, and maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispensing & Review: Accurately review and dispense medications, ensuring correct dosages and administration.
• Clinical Care: Collaborate with healthcare teams to monitor patient responses to therapy and recommend treatment adjustments.
• Patient Education: Counsel patients and families on medication usage, side effects, and interactions.
• Compliance: Adhere to all federal and state laws regarding pharmaceutical practice and controlled substances.
• Inventory Management: Manage medication supply chain, storage, and distribution.
