JOB Title: Night Shift Bus Captain

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift Timing: Night Shift – 10 Hours

Salary: ₹20,000 take home+15k incentives+4k bones every month +dinner

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Night Shift Bus Captain to manage and oversee bus operations during night hours. The candidate will ensure passenger safety, smooth operations, and adherence to schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise bus operations during the night shift

* Ensure timely departure and arrival of buses

* Maintain discipline and order among passengers

* Assist passengers with boarding, seating, and safety instructions

* Coordinate with the driver for safe and smooth travel

* Handle passenger queries and resolve issues professionally

* Ensure cleanliness and proper condition of the bus

* Report any incidents, delays, or emergencies to management

* Follow company policies and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:

* Minimum education: 10th pass (preferred)

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work night shifts for 10 hours

* Physically fit and alert during night operations

* Prior experience in transport or passenger service is an advantage
