Job Summary: The General Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and profitability at the hotels' values and service standards. This role involves financial oversight, team leadership, strategic planning, and ensuring seamless hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Financial Performance – Achieve revenue targets, control costs, and ensure financial compliance.

✔ Guest Experience – Maintain high service standards, resolve guest concerns, and enhance guest retention.

✔ Operational Leadership – Oversee daily hotel operations, enforce policies, and ensure safety & cleanliness.

✔ Team Management – Lead, train, and develop staff while ensuring HR compliance.

✔ Sales & Marketing – Drive business growth through strategic sales, marketing, and partnerships.

✔ Quality & Compliance – Uphold brand standards, conduct audits, and ensure legal compliance.

✔ Community Relations – Represent the hotel in local events, foster partnerships, and manage PR.

✔ Performance Analysis – Monitor key metrics, generate reports, and implement improvements.
