Hospitality Manager

Requirements:

·      Designation- Hospitality Manager

·      Hotel Management (preferred) or equivalent graduate

·      Min. 5 years work experience in hotel F&B Service/Front Office/Housekeeping operations (must). (do not consider work ex. in QSR, restaurants, or the food service industry or airlines or customer service or BPO/KPO)

·      Open to travel (at least 15 days in a month for regular training and as and when the need arises for a month for pre-opening training) (travel, lodging and boarding will be taken care by the company for all work-related travel)

·      Location : Bengaluru, Chennai, Kochi, Hyderabad and Vishakhapatnam

·      Will be a plus if the candidate has been a departmental trainer

·      Working knowledge of MS Word, PPT and Excel

·      Preference to candidates who are locals in the above given cities

Job role:

·      Pan India role reporting to the Regional Head/Territory Lead of a region

·      Responsible for training F&B Service, Front Office, Housekeeping employees on their respective curriculum (training on all curriculum will be provided to the trainer)

·      Conduct on-the-job performance coaching for F&B Service, Front Office, Housekeeping employees

·      Able to provide inputs to revise and adjust the existing content as well as contribute to create next level/developmental content and training programs

·      Collate, update, manage data on an on-going basis

·      Able to create MIS periodically and as and when required

·      Able to influence and manage employees and stakeholders to get the job done and achieve desired results

·      Aspires to grow and is a self-starter

·      This role will be best suited for individuals who want to establish a career in the L&D space

·      Intense training and on-the-job coaching will be provided to the trainer­
