Vinsara Inns is hiring an experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee complete hotel operations and ensure smooth daily functioning, revenue growth, and high guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily hotel operations (front office, housekeeping, maintenance)
- Monitor occupancy and drive room bookings
- Handle guest concerns and maintain service standards
- Supervise staff performance and discipline
- Ensure billing accuracy and cost control
- Oversee compliance, safety, and documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in hotel operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
