Annual Compensation (CTC): ₹5,00,000

Role Overview

The Hotel Manager is entrusted with the complete operational stewardship of the hotel and is accountable for ensuring that all functional, administrative, and service-related activities are executed in a structured, efficient, and professional manner. The role demands consistent alignment with the strategic and operational expectations defined by the Chief Executive Officer, while maintaining service standards, financial discipline, and organizational reputation.

Eligibility Criteria

The position requires a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution. The candidate must demonstrate professional maturity, administrative capability, and an aptitude for managing people, processes, and service environments.

Compensation and Allowances

The role carries an annual Cost to Company of ₹5,00,000. In addition to fixed compensation, the employee shall be entitled to mobile and travelling allowances strictly for official purposes, subject to internal policies and approvals.

Key Responsibilities

The Hotel Manager shall oversee and coordinate all day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring seamless functioning across departments such as front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services. The role involves establishing operational discipline through the implementation of standard operating procedures, monitoring service delivery, and ensuring consistency in guest experience.

The incumbent is responsible for supervising hotel staff, managing duty schedules, ensuring adherence to workplace standards, and maintaining a professional and compliant work environment. Handling guest interactions, addressing concerns, and resolving service issues with discretion and professionalism form a critical component of the role.

The Hotel Manager shall monitor operational performance, including occupancy levels, routine revenue indicators, and expense controls, and shall provide regular updates and reports to the Chief Executive Officer. The role also includes coordination with vendors, service partners, and external stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Ensuring compliance with safety norms, hygiene standards, and applicable statutory requirements is an essential responsibility. The Hotel Manager is further expected to protect company assets, uphold brand standards, and maintain confidentiality of all business-related information.

Reporting and Authority

The Hotel Manager reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and operates with delegated operational authority. Strategic, financial, and policy-level decisions shall be subject to approval from the CEO or senior management, as applicable.
