Hotel Manager

Key Responsibilities

Your role will broadly include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Managing day-to-day hotel operations
• Visiting nearby corporate offices, institutions, and other potential business sources
• Monitoring OTA inventory and pricing based on room availability.
• Visiting nearby corporate offices, institutions, and other potential business sources
• Supervising, guiding, and motivating junior staff while encouraging teamwork
• Preparing and sharing MIS reports with Management and Accounts
• Handling reservations, telephone enquiries, WhatsApp, and email communication
• Managing OTA inventory, pricing, and guest reviews
• Maintaining service standards as defined by the hotel
• Guest relations and public relations
• Supporting sales and marketing efforts to achieve targeted revenue (a workable revenue plan will be discussed upon joining)

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management
• 5+ years' experience in hotel front office operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of PMS software and OTA operations.
