Manpower: Male Housekeeping Staff

• 1. General Cleaning ResponsibilitiesSweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of all classrooms, training kitchens, offices, corridors, and common areas
• Cleaning of floors using appropriate chemicals (non-slip, food-safe where required)
• Dusting and wiping of furniture, workstations, shelves, and equipment surfaces
• Removal of cobwebs and periodic high-level dusting
• 2. Kitchen & Training Area CleaningCleaning and sanitization of kitchen floors, platforms, and workstations after each batch/session
• Washing and cleaning of trays, racks, utensils (if included in scope)
• Cleaning of ovens, refrigerators (external surfaces), and kitchen equipment
• Ensuring strict hygiene standards as per food safety norms
• Disposal of food waste in designated bins as per hygiene protocol
• 3. Washroom MaintenanceCleaning and disinfecting toilets, urinals, wash basins, mirrors, and fixtures
• Replenishment of consumables such as soap, tissue paper, hand wash, and air fresheners
• Maintaining dry and odor-free washrooms throughout operational hours
• Regular inspection and immediate attention to hygiene issues
• 4. Waste ManagementCollection and segregation of dry, wet, and food waste
• Timely disposal to designated collection points
• Cleaning and disinfecting of dustbins
• Ensuring no accumulation of waste within the premises
• 5. Pantry & Support Areas (if applicable)Cleaning of pantry area, counters, sinks, and appliances
• Assistance in maintaining cleanliness during breaks and events
• Supporting staff during training sessions or events as required
• 6. Glass & Surface CleaningCleaning of glass partitions, doors, and windows
• Spot cleaning of stains, fingerprints, and spills
• Maintaining overall presentable appearance of the facility
• 7. Periodic Cleaning ActivitiesDeep cleaning of kitchens, classrooms, and common areas (weekly/monthly)
• Machine scrubbing or polishing of floors (if applicable)
• Cleaning of ceiling fans, light fixtures, and AC vents
• Pest control coordination support (if required)
• 8. Hygiene & ComplianceAdherence to food safety and hygiene standards suitable for culinary institutes
• Use of proper PPE (gloves, masks, uniforms, shoes)
• Following SOPs for cleaning chemicals and equipment usage
• Immediate reporting of any safety hazards or damages
• 9. Attendance & DisciplineStaff to report on time in proper uniform and grooming standards
• Maintaining discipline and professional conduct within the premises
• No unauthorized absence or shift abandonment
• Compliance with client policies and security protocols
• 10. Miscellaneous DutiesAssistance during events, workshops, or special training sessions
• Immediate cleaning of spills or emergencies
• Any other housekeeping-related tasks assigned by facility management
