Job Description
- Daily TasksPre-shift cleaning setup
- Continuous dishwashing during service
- Post-service deep cleaning
- Garbage removal and area sanitization
- Cleaning DutiesClean kitchen areas:
- Floors, walls, ceilings
- Workstations, counters, shelves
- Sweep and mop regularly (especially during and after service)
- Clean dining/service areas if required
- Dispose of garbage properly and follow waste segregation rules
