Job SummaryThe Housekeeping Operator is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of the property premises. This role ensures that common areas, facilities, and service zones are clean, safe, and presentable for residents, tenants, and visitors.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCleaning & MaintenanceClean and maintain common areas including lobbies, corridors, staircases, lifts, parking areas, and washrooms.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize designated areas regularly.
• Collect and dispose of waste according to property waste management guidelines.
• Ensure dustbins are emptied and cleaned daily.
• Property UpkeepMaintain cleanliness of amenities areas such as gym, clubhouse, garden areas, and swimming pool surroundings.
• Clean glass surfaces, windows, railings, and doors.
• Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Safety & HygieneFollow proper hygiene and sanitation procedures.
• Report any maintenance issues (leaks, broken fixtures, damages) to the supervisor.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
