Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Description:

•       Supervising complete ACTIVITES for – Facility Management, , timely documentations monitored & report on observation to be submitted daily/weekly/monthly.

•       At every location -

•       CHECK GROOMING standards- uniforms/ shoes/ ID cards & Tags/ Hair Buns

•       CHECK ATTENDANCE- How many taken leave in the month/How many not reporting on time

•       LEAVE APPLICATION: keep at site 10nos

•       CHECK CLEANING:  

A.  FLOOR WISE- WORKSTATIONS/ TABLES/ CHAIRS/ RESTROOM/ GLASS DOOR/ WOODEN DOOR/ SIDETABLES/ COENER STANDS/ WALL PAINTINGS/ WALL FIXTURES/ FLOORS/ WATER BOTTLES/ SWEEPING/DUSTING/ MOPPING- DAILY

B.  WEARHOUSE- RACKS/ STANDS/ FLOORS/ DUSTING/ SWEEPING/ MOPPING/ - DAILY

C.  CAFETERIA: FLOORS / RESTROOM / WATER DISPENSER / PLATES / PLATE WASHING AREA / VESSELS/ TABLE & CHAIRS- DAILY

D.  STAIRCASE: LANDING AREA / STAIRS/ - DAILY

E.  COMMON AREA: SWEEPING

F.  HIGH DUSTING- COBWEBS/ DOOR GLASS / FANS - WEEKLY ONCE

•       New Company tracing & collecting visiting cards

•       New Manpower database area wise on every visit

•       Invoice generation/ Dispatch/ preparing manpower data/ computation of salaries/ Payment advice to bank/Payment followup/ /Verification of attendance & bills

•       Telecalling/ fixing appointments, reports

•       Support to Administration jobs
