Job Role

We are hiring an HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee records, attendance, and basic HR operations for office and site staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle recruitment and interview coordination 

- Manage employee onboarding and documentation 

- Maintain attendance and leave records 

- Coordinate payroll with accounts team 

- Handle employee issues and maintain discipline 

- Ensure basic HR compliance (PF, ESI, etc.)

Eligibility

- Graduate (HR / BBA / MBA preferred) 

- 1–3 years experience (Freshers can apply) 

- Good communication and understanding
