Role Overview:

We are looking for an HR Fresher to handle HR backend and data-related tasks, with strong Excel skills and good communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle HR backend operations and administrative support

Maintain and update HR data, trackers, and MIS

Act as a data operator for employee records and reports

Track HR data related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee details

Support interview coordination and documentation

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of MS Excel (data tracking, formulas, pivot tables)

Strong data handling and tracking skills

Good communication and coordination skills

Attention to detail and accuracy
