Onboarding of new employees

• Preparing job postings and coordinating interviews

• Maintaining employee files and HR documentation

Attendance, leave management & monthly salary inputs

Handling employee queries and grievances

Administration

Managing office administration and housekeeping

Supervising security, transport, and facility management

Handling vendor management & purchase of office supplies

Maintaining office asset register

Coordinating travel bookings and accommodations

Compliance & Documentation

Maintaining statutory compliance documents

Coordinating with PF, ESI, PT, and labour law consultants

Assisting in audits & documentation

Keeping records updated as per company and legal requirements

Payroll Support

Preparing monthly attendance summary

Assisting in payroll processing

Handling salary slips and employee queries

General Support

Event coordination (training, celebrations, meetings)

Preparing reports, MOM, and internal communication

Skills Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good knowledge of MS Office

Understanding of HR processes & labour laws

Ability to multitask and manage deadlines

Good people-handling skills in

Preference will be given to candidates with an MSW qualification.
