HR And Placement Executive

Responsibilities:

• Support students throughout the placement process and career transition
• Conduct assessments and schedule interviews and placement drives for students
• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring partners for placement opportunities
• Achieve monthly placement targets as defined by management
• Track student performance, interview feedback, and placement outcomes
• Maintain accurate student, employee, and placement records.
• Assist in career services, compliance activities, and overall operational support

Salary & Incentives

For Freshers

₹21,000 – ₹25,000 per month (in-hand)

Performance-based incentives: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000+ per month

For Experienced Candidates

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (in-hand)

Performance-based incentives: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000+ per month
