Job Description

Media Capital is seeking a dynamic and organized HR Assistant who can support day-to-day HR operations while also managing basic social media and recruitment-related digital activities. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in both human resources and digital engagement.


Key Responsibilities

HR & Recruitment

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination)
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and basic HR documentation
  • Support onboarding and induction of new employees
  • Coordinate with management for HR-related tasks and follow-ups
  • Maintain confidentiality of HR data and records

Social Media & Employer Branding

  • Post job openings on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Assist in managing company social media pages for hiring and brand visibility
  • Create basic recruitment posts, captions, and announcements
  • Respond to job-related enquiries on social platforms
  • Coordinate with the design/marketing team for recruitment creatives



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6 months to 3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or admin roles
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR documentation
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented



Preferred (Added Advantage)

  • Experience in social media posting or content coordination
  • Knowledge of Canva or basic design tools
  • Experience in hiring for creative, technical, or AV/media roles
  • Understanding of employer branding and digital hiring trends
