HR Business Process Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Business Process Specialist who will be responsible for streamlining HR operations, implementing HR processes, and supporting business functions with effective HR solutions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop, implement, and improve HR business processes and SOPs

✅ Support end-to-end employee lifecycle management (Hiring, Onboarding, Engagement, Exit)

✅ Work closely with business teams to align HR strategies with organizational goals

✅ Handle HR operations including documentation, compliance, and policy implementation

✅ Monitor and maintain HR MIS, reports, and dashboards

✅ Drive performance management and appraisal process coordination

✅ Support employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives

✅ Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws

✅ Coordinate with recruitment, payroll, and admin teams for smooth HR functioning

✅ Identify areas of process improvement and automation

🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration

✔ Strong understanding of HR operations and business process management

✔ Experience in HR documentation, compliance, and policy structuring

✔ Excellent analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills

✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS tools, and reporting

⭐ Preferred Skills

➤ Experience in BFSI / Wealth Management / Financial Industry

➤ Knowledge of labour law compliance and HR audits

➤ Experience in process automation and HR system implementation
