Job Description

1. Develop, maintain, and distribute comprehensive talent reports,

dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), and scorecards to track key talent

metrics.

2. Conduct deep-dive analysis on the talent pipeline, career path

effectiveness, and competency gaps to identify trends, risks, and

opportunities for improvement.

3. Analyse employee data to proactively surface strategic insights, such

as identifying critical roles at risk or functions with strong/weak

bench strength.

4. Prepare all data packs, and presentations for Talent Review and

Leadership meetings, ensuring data-driven discussions.

5. Provide end-to-end data and analytical support for key Talent

Management cycles, including Performance Appraisals, Goal Setting,

, and Succession Planning.

6. Develop and maintain the HR Management Information System to

deliver accurate and timely reports for leadership decision-making.

7. Assist in organization-wide initiatives such as competency mapping

and role evaluations.

8. Provide analytical support for key talent initiatives in collaboration

with the Training and Development team.

9. Support strategic HR projects related to digitization, process

enhancement, and policy implementation.


Managerial

Responsibilities


1. Partner with HR Business Partners, cluster leads, and department

heads to align and execute integrated talent management initiatives.

2. Own end-to-end administration and timeline adherence for the

annual performance appraisal cycle, ensuring seamless execution

and stakeholder compliance.

3. Provide talent data into actionable insights and recommendations to

guide senior leadership in people-related decision-making.

4. Maintain confidentiality of employee information and uphold HR

data governance standards.

5. Identify and lead process improvement projects to standardize and

digitize HR processes, enhancing operational efficiency and user

experience.


1. Job Requirements

Qualifications MBA in Human Resources (Coursework or certifications in HR


analytics will be an added advantage.


Experience


1. 5 - 9 years of Experience in HR Analytics, HR Operations, or Talent

Management roles.

2. Experience in interpreting HR data, generating reports, and

supporting talent programs in an HR industry environment.
