HR Executive

Experiance:3-5 yrs Home Care Hiring experience

Preference Immediate Candidates: -

• Candidates with clinical hiring are beneficial.(Nurses Hiring, Caretaker Hiring)
• The candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment. i.e from sourcing job requirements from prime vendors, vendors, and clients to submitting the bench consultants, negotiating the best rates, following up on interview schedules & placing the consultants.
• Regular interaction and follow-up with consultants, identifying their needs and getting them into projects.
• Candidate has to get and maintain a good relationship with vendors, clients, and consultants.
• Experience working with Preferred Vendors and on layers models.
• Must have vendor network.
• Job Portal searches like Indeed, Monster, Job hai, Apna, LinkedIn, iLabor, Job Diva, Email groups, and other networking methods.
• Must Possess a strong sense of Urgency, Flexibility, and willingness to learn.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Posses Office tools knowledge - Microsoft office Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Should be available for F2F/Video interview
• Should be ready to travel to various locations and states for hiring and campus placements
